Program outline

15 Famous Minutes brings the glitz and glamour of ‘Tinsel town’ right to the very heart of your event. Much will be learned as delegates grapple with the great diversity of tasks and roles both on-screen and off. A fun laugh-out-loud challenge in planning, co-ordination, resource allocation and creativity.

How It Works

Challenge your team to reproduce a famous movie with all the costumes, props, camera and sound equipment provided – but it must last no longer than 15 minutes! Team members can choose to be in front of or behind the camera, with required roles including actors, technicians, location scouts, make up artist and off course the director. Time flies whilst the team is busy completing the movie in time for the screening at the end. This activity can also provide you with a theme for your dinner – a night at the Oscars!

Learning and development outcomes

In this fun, laughter filled team building challenge. participants lose their inhibitions and get creative. They are challenged to step out of their comfort zone and take on roles of acting, script writing and filming with hilarious results. Time is tight, so teamwork, strategy and efficient allocation and implementation of roles and tasks is critical to success.  Through filming and refilming, teams learn to work towards excellence within a challenging time frame.
